What do I need to do to add, delete or change a user code?
We are happy to assist you with this. With Alarm.com service you can manage user codes from the web interface or your smart device. With older systems: Requests for code changes must be submitted in writing, complete with the following information: your name, account number, password, and code you would like to delete or add or change, as well as the new code number you would like to add, if applicable. We will do our best but cannot guarantee successful code modifications on older systems as technology progresses.
